The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is designed for an intact team. Before considering this program, remember that not every group is a team. Do members support each other’s roles? Do they structurally work together in an important way that supports the success of an organization or department?
Delivery
GrowthSource’s approach is to take a team through three facilitated development sessions, all along applying a client’s specific business challenges to uncover areas of team trust, growth and development. In between each session, team members are responsible for executing specific personal goals to move the team’s effectiveness forward. One-on-one coaching between sessions deepens participant insight, application – and helps ensure accountability for action.
PROFILE
A comprehensive, highly personalized, and accessible 36-page illustrated report that allows each person on the team, and the team as a whole, to understand how they scored on the assessment and how to interpret their individual and team results. The profile includes an introduction, a section devoted to each of the five behaviors, a summary of the team’s strengths and challenges, tips and suggestions, and a roadmap to help teams create an action plan based on their results.

Facilitator Accreditation is available to individuals within organizations. Accreditation will be granted upon completion of the Wiley on-line course and passing the accompanying exam and is valid for at least two years. The Accreditation process unfolds over five (5) weeks and combines online homework with five facilitated on-line sessions. No need to travel! You will be assigned to a cohort of colleagues with which to share insights and perspectives throughout your Accreditation.
FACILITATOR KIT
Your kit includes a USB drive installed with a Facilitator’s Guide, which includes scripted sessions and experiential activities; presentation materials; handouts; PowerPoint slides with 40+ minutes of video; and sample reports to help facilitators prepare for team sessions. Also included are audio podcasts that allow you to listen to insights on each of the five behaviors, the team profile, and the Annotated Team Report.

Pick and choose from a menu of informative, engaging, and memorable videos. You can use them as stand-alone footage or integrate them into an existing or customized presentation. Choose from engaging classroom style video shorts featuring Patrick Lencioni, video reenactments of modern workplace scenarios that most teams will recognize, and videos with additional tips, stories, and guidance to help facilitators better understand the five behaviors and how to work with team leaders. An optional orientation video is also available for participants to view before taking the assessment.
