Daniel Ellis / President

As founder GrowthSource, Daniel leads the Company’s business development and consults with senior sales executives to create development strategies and initiatives to maximize their sales teams' ability. GrowthSource Inc. was established with the believe that the key to strong customer loyalty and sustained profitable growth is the potential of the person. Under Daniel’s leadership, the company has grown to be known for its proven results in linking individual behavior to organizational-wide success.

Daniel has career-long leadership experience within the medical diagnostics field, bringing a unique perspective to business development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel, and a Master of Arts in Management and Business Administration from Webster College.

Candace Thurmond / Managing Director

Candace heads up strategic development for GrowthSource Inc. and works face‐to face with leaders in the step-by-step processes of strategies and initiatives for generating organizational change. She helps clients establish priorities and strengthen employee engagement by improving their abilities to lead and mentor others.

Candace brings over 26 years experience in business leadership. She is a certified DiSC® Trainer and Qualified Administrator for the Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Candace holds a B.A. from the University of South Carolina, and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Kelly Kjorness / Project Manager

As the head of project management, Kelly enables both the business and its clients to grow together, contributing a level of intensity that matches that of GrowthSource Inc. and its associates. Kelly brings several years of customer-facing project management, accounting, and company administration to action. 

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business.

 

Scott Roberts / Associate

Scott brings a perspective and level of insight to GrowthSource and its clients developed by more than 25 years of focus on global sales and marketing, general management, and public and private capital development. All of which has been a result of being active in such diverse of industries as biotechnology, veterinary diagnostics, cosmetics, transaction processing, software, and plastics. His broad experience in a full range of sales positions brought an understanding of how organizations function, from operations to HR and shaped a working philosophy for organizational improvement that aligns with that of GrowthSource.

Scott completed his bachelor's degree at the University of Tampa and earned his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law.
